East York is one of The Laundry Centre's service areas, which means you can get your laundry washed, dried and folded without carrying a single bag. Here's what to know.
How Pickup and Delivery Works in East York
- Book a pickup with our online form or by calling 647-439-9996.
- We collect your laundry from your home.
- We wash, dry and fold it, priced by the pound.
- We bring it back clean and folded.
Price: $1.95 per pound, 35 lb minimum. A 35 lb order is $68.25. Not sure if your street is covered? Ask us.
Getting to 35 lb
35 lb is roughly two full laundry baskets. Many East York households reach it easily in a week, but if you live alone, try:
- Combining two weeks of clothes into one pickup.
- Adding towels and sheets to the same order.
- Splitting a pickup with a roommate or family member in the same home.
Prefer to Drop Off?
If you're driving up Victoria Park anyway, our store at 2780 Victoria Park Ave (between Sheppard and Finch) offers drop-off wash & fold for $1.65 per pound with a lower 20 lb minimum. Drop-off is during attended hours, daily 9am–6pm.
Bedding, Comforters and Big Items
Bulky bedding is priced per item, not by weight:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Double or twin comforter | $25 |
| Queen or king comforter | $30 |
| Blanket | $18 |
| Sleeping bag | $20 |
| Pillow | $7.50 |
